Refuel

This little spot just off the river gets high marks from both of us.
The servers are clearly pleased to be there and ready to help. The
atmosphere is pleasant and the beverages are quite good; the coffee
has a fresh-ground flavor and the tea is served with the water piping
hot, not the case everywhere. There is limited outdoor seating but the
cafe has a terrific selection of interesting artwork on the walls.
Parking is a big issue. There is a nice selection of lunch and brunch
items, bagels and the like, although the prices are a bit stiff. One
big drawback is its closing hour: 3 p.m.

Refuel is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and
Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is located at 8124
Hampson St.
